Before founding the agency, I spent three years working in the Middle East as a Governess for VIP and high-profile families. Living and working in private households gave me a unique understanding of the exceptional standards, discretion, professionalism, and trust required in these environments. It also allowed me to experience the challenges from both perspectives—what families truly need and what candidates need to succeed.

That experience inspired me to establish a recruitment agency dedicated to connecting outstanding South African professionals with prestigious opportunities across the Middle East.

Today, we specialise in placing carefully selected candidates with VIP, VVIP, and Royal families, as well as distinguished private households. Every candidate is personally screened to ensure they possess not only the right qualifications and experience, but also the character, professionalism, and adaptability needed to thrive in a private household.
